Dave Cairns is an office leasing broker at CBRE focusing on the flex/coworking sector.

Dave has embraced the opportunities of distributed working in a post covid world, having moved last year from Toronto to Prince Edward Island. He is proving that with modern tools and technology, we have more options for how we wish to live than ever before.

In a past life, Dave was a professional poker player, which has informed what some have called a somewhat iconoclastic take on the real estate market and the broader Future of Work conversation.

Dave is also an avid explorer of new technologies and ways of gathering. In 2023, he co-founded a conversation series called Inspired People, Inspired Places, which seeks to explore the future of the human experience, where participants and speakers meet inside a virtual world to wrestle with important topics.
